Estes Termos e Condições ("Termos") regem o uso do jogo para celular Quick Basketball (o "App"), fornecido pela Vokko Games ("nós"). Ao baixar, instalar ou usar o App, você concorda com estes Termos e com nossa Política de Privacidade. Se não concordar, não use o App.
Concedemos a você uma licença limitada, não exclusiva, intransferível e revogável para baixar e usar o App em um dispositivo de sua propriedade ou controle, para entretenimento pessoal e não comercial. Você não pode copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender, alugar, fazer engenharia reversa ou criar obras derivadas do App, salvo quando permitido por lei.
O App, incluindo seu código, design, gráficos, o nome e o logo "Quick Basketball" e todo o conteúdo relacionado, pertence a nós ou a nossos licenciadores e é protegido por leis de propriedade intelectual. Nenhum direito é concedido além da licença limitada acima.
Você concorda em não: usar o App para fins ilícitos; interferir ou prejudicar o App; tentar acesso não autorizado; usar trapaças, bots ou meios automatizados; ou gerar interações inválidas com anúncios (incluindo clicar nos próprios anúncios ou incentivar terceiros a clicar).
O App é gratuito e mantido por publicidade de terceiros (por exemplo, Google AdMob). Ao usar o App, você reconhece que anúncios serão exibidos. Não somos responsáveis pelo conteúdo dos anúncios de terceiros nem pelos produtos/sites que promovem.
O App é distribuído pela Google Play Store e pela Apple App Store e pode usar serviços de terceiros, cada um sujeito a seus próprios termos. Quando o App for obtido na Apple App Store:
O App é fornecido "no estado em que se encontra", sem garantias de qualquer tipo, expressas ou implícitas, incluindo comerciabilidade, adequação a uma finalidade específica e não violação. Não garantimos que o App será ininterrupto, livre de erros ou seguro.
Na máxima extensão permitida em lei, não seremos responsáveis por danos indiretos, incidentais, especiais ou consequenciais, nem por perda de dados ou lucros, decorrentes do uso (ou impossibilidade de uso) do App. Nada limita responsabilidades que não possam ser excluídas pela lei aplicável (incluindo direitos do consumidor no Brasil).
Você concorda em nos isentar de reivindicações decorrentes do uso indevido do App ou da violação destes Termos.
Podemos suspender ou encerrar seu acesso ao App a qualquer momento em caso de violação destes Termos. Você pode parar de usar o App a qualquer momento, excluindo-o.
Estes Termos são regidos pelas leis do Brasil, sem prejuízo dos direitos obrigatórios de proteção ao consumidor do seu país de residência.
Podemos atualizar estes Termos; a "Data de vigência" será atualizada. O uso continuado após alterações constitui aceitação.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Quick Basketball (the "App"), provided by Vokko Games ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except as permitted by law.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, the "Quick Basketball" name and logo, and all related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license above.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access; use cheats, bots, or automated means; or generate invalid ad interactions (including clicking your own ads or encouraging others to click).
The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdMob). By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites/products they promote.
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store and may use third-party services, each subject to its own terms. The following applies where the App is obtained from the Apple App Store:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer rights in Brazil and the EU).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the "Effective date" will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
